I cannot reproduce this. With the very same version I get
$ ldd /usr/lib/libgphoto2/print-camera-list|grep tdl
libltdl.so.7 => /usr/lib/libltdl.so.7 (0xb7f51000)
and the program runs fine. What does above command print out for you? Do
you happen to have any PPAs, or other third-party applications
installed?
