Ok, I do it as soon!

Additional, I found out the rule of this issue. I downloaded the file from 
internet, via flashgot(Ver: 0.5.97.01) to auto-launch the Gwget(Ver: 0.97). The 
Gwget and Gnome-panel crash would occur, if there is any case of below(more 
than 80 per):
    1. too many tasks(maybe 5 or more) in Gwget panel, I deleted any tasks, or 
pause  them.
    2. Added a task which had been in the task-panel of Gwget.
    3. Added too many tasks into the task-panel of Gwget in shorter time.

I could't re-launch the Gwget after crash, anywhere application-internet
and term,except rebooting my laptop.

According to cases, it's no matter of evolution.
