Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdebase
Trying to launch KInfoCenter from either Katapult or the Run Command
dialog box causes a popup to appear with the message "KDEInit could not
launch 'kinfocenter'". KInfoCenter still launches normally despite the
message.
Using Kubuntu 6.10 KDE 3.5.5 but also happened in Kubuntu 6.06.
