Public bug reported:
When using MSN on Gaim, if the person seems to have a lot of emoticon
(although unsure about it) , I noticed a lag when sending the message. I
can send a message and it sometimes take 30 seconds to display and/or
send. I don t have a network issue as other like yahoo , jabber works
fine. Only happening with MSN
