Public bug reported:
A few times after a restart I have found that the trash applet has moved from
panel 2 to panel 1. I usually have my trash applet in the bottom-right corner
and it moves next to my notification area.
Also I sometimes find that I have a second trash applet on the left side of my
pager applet (this happens after moving the trash applet back to the original
position, if I recall correctly).
