I confirm this bug as well. This is an urgent thing. I use Evolution in a professional environment. A rapid correction would be really appreciated. The missing emails appear if I remove all "courierimapkeywords/ courierimapsubscribed courierimapuiddb" files directly on the imap server. But this isn't a good solution because the new emails in those folders can still not be displayed for some reasons. I noticed this problem not only in the inbox but in the outbox also.
