So if Jockey needs nvidia-common to function, shouldn't nvidia-common be a dependency of jockey? In its current state, Jockey does nothing. nvidia-glx doesn't need nvidia-common, since the graphics drivers are working fine, it's jockey that needs it to do its magic.
