Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: liferea

Hi there,
im using

maybe it refers to bug 226401. but they describe the problem when normal
closing liferea I think.
I start liferea with ubuntu and let it run in the background. i read a few
headlines and mark some. When I restart or quit ubuntu, all the headlines i
have read or marked are untouched rather unchanged.

So Liferea doesnt save changes made by reading or marking headlines
immediately or even in a short time. I think you should reduce time
liferea save changes down to 1 minute or less.

what i have to find out is when liferea save changes or not. so i make changes
and then i do this:
- restart
- shutdown
- refresh all abonnements
- wait 15 minutes and then reboot or shutdown

** Affects: liferea (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

Liferea does not remember readed or marked headlines when exiting ubuntu with
