Could you enable the intrepid-backports repository (Adept -> Sources
pane -> edit sources -> Updates tab -> unsupported updates) and see if
the KDE 4.1.3 packages fix this problem for you? Upstream says it is
possibly fixed in KDE 4.1.3.
