Hi Ben,
it looks like ata_piix is totally busted and can't find hd anylonger.
The only temporary solution I have is to use piix and blacklist
ata_piix. There is also a race condition at boot for what module is
loaded than can make the system unbootable if ata_piix is loaded first.
