Manager update does not work. On the panel is the only icon "reduced red
circle" When the start-> message about impossible to update. Then I ran
Synaptic and also the same message:

E: _cache-> open () failed, please report.
I wanted to turn off the controller updates the icon disappeared. Then I wanted
