Binary package hint: f-spot
f-spot should allow import by drag&drop without copying the files to
it's import folder.
Steps to reproduce:
* open f-spot
* drag a folder with images into f-spot
actual behaviour:
f-spot imports the files and copies them over to it's folder
desired behaviour:
f-spot imports the images without copying them
