Public bug reported:
Day after I installed ubuntu 8.10, I got "out of range" message when launching
and gdm should start. After reinstalling ubuntu problem backed in few days.
When I try launch liveCD sometimes it works but rather I have problem. I tried
to reconfigure or fix xorg but it dosn't work. It seems that driver fails to
load. After "glxinfo | grep direct" I get "Error: Unable to open device".
I use open source driver. It could be similiar to bug #294357 but I'm not sure
so I report it elsewhere.
Can you help me?
