Public bug reported:
after upgrade from hardy to intrepid i have
problems recognising external monitor (e.g. samsung syncmaster 225mw) and
video projector
.
gnome-display-properties recognises the monitor(s) however no picture.
maybe kernel or xorg problems????
grandr und gnome-display-properties do not help
my tools: fs amilo 1520, ubuntu 8.10 / kernel 2.6.27-7 VGA compatible
controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/GMS, 943/940GML Express
