Thank you for reporting this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. If
possible, please capture a screenshot of your problem using a digital
camera. Additionally, are you able to change terminals with
ctrl+alt+Fn? Does typing work in these terminals? Are you able to type
in your root password and hit enter?
