Public bug reported:
Sometimes (normally after moving the mouse over the titlebar's buttons
(minimize etc...), the titlebar turns white and the buttons half
disappear.
This is in ubuntu 8.10 running gnome (2.24.1) with compiz
(1:0.7.8-0ubuntu4.1) but I'm not sure of the exact package that handles
the titlebar
