And I dont seem to have the necessary files in /boot either. As an observation, most of the files in /boot seem to be useless now. I had assumed that the update process was keeping this directory cleaned up. I guess not. Clearly I am glad that some old versions of the kernel were left behind since I would be out of service otherwise.
