In Hardy, the language-pack-cs_8.04+20080929_all.deb includes the file:
/usr/lib/firefox-addons/extensions/langpack-
[EMAIL PROTECTED]/install.rdf
which limits the use of translation to firefox version 3.0, while the
current version is 3.0.3

As a result, firefox is not localised to the Czech language.
