Debian has still not patched this bug. They have also failed to comment.
We most likely will not see the patch applied until after Lenny is
released. As we are now at the beginning of a new Development cycle, it
is now the perfect time to prepare a merge for this package. We will
have plenty of time for users to test the new version prior to all of
the freezes going into effect.
I'll attach the needed debdiff files shortly.
