Problem solved using SonicRecordNow Software for writing CD(probably uses a slower speed to copy the image). Ubuntu rocks !!!! I used the ISORecorder by downloading it from the links on ubuntu site and used the default speed settings (48 somthing). Since there was a problem with slower speed on ISO, i just used my already available SonicRecordNow on my XP to do the job.
