@eXtace: this problem is fixed in the current update-manager, it always uses 
--force-overwrite
@kai: this is a bug in the nvidia-glx package
@Eineki: this is a bug in the php-sqlite3 package
@Tolan: this is a bug in the mythdvd package

While update-manager showed a similar error message all of them are
caused by the packages that update-manager was installing, not update-
manager itself.
