Public bug reported:
Make a new layer.
-By using the "move" icon for this layer, try to drag it to the upmost
left corner of the page-layout; thereby forcing the mouse-pointer to end
up being outside the layout once you get there. Now, press left button,
as if to release the layer.
See; now it has crashed..
