Hi,
I'm quite new to (k)Ubuntu, but I'm using Slackware since almost 10 years. So
while I'm able to install all the stuff required for a development environment
myself, it would be much better if there were easy to find development
meta-packages.
I didn't find many.
I think there should be a meta package C/C++-development, which installs gcc,
the man and info pages, gdb, make, cmake, etc.
Additionally a kde3-devel and a kde4-devel meta package would be nice.
