Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.27-3-rt
This version of the realtime kernel does not support USB MIDI
interfaces. At least Yamaha UX-16 does not respond at all. It works fine
with linux-image-2.6.24-21-rt or linux-image-2.6.27-7-generic.
