Binary package hint: rhythmbox
Rhythmbox does not seem to pick up proxy settings from gnome-network-
preferences.
Manually set the proxy using System->Preferences->Network Proxy.
Click apply system wide
This updates the /system/proxy gconf key (& also system/http_proxy )
Try downloading a podcast or adding a new podcast (It doesn't work)
Starting rhythmbox after the proxy is set also makes no difference
