The forced installation of gnome-power-manager negatively impacts LTSP terminals, and really has no place in that environment...
ie, syslog entries: Nov 10 11:43:53 ... gnome-power-manager: (...) This program cannot start until you start the dbus system service. It is <b>strongly recommended</b> you reboot your computer after starting this service.
