Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

The unicode web page (<meta http-equiv="Content-Type"
content="text/html; charset=utf-8">) renders with unappropriate symbols
similar to wrong encoding selected. Manual selecting "UTF-8" encoding
with menu View -> Text Encoding -> Other... did not affect. See the
screenshot.
