Charlie Kravetz - I found a solution to the problem on a polish Ubuntu forum. He solved this way:
1. wget http://launchpadlibrarian.net/19200501/speedtch.ko.tar.bz2 2.tar -xzf speedtch.ko.tar.bz2 3.sudo cp speedtch.ko /lib/modules/2.6.27-7-generic/kernel/drivers/usb/atm Looks like the speedtch.ko is corrupt. -- Xubuntu 8.10 AMD64 doesn`t load (From HDD or LiveCD) when Speedtouch 330 USB connected https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/292105 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
