Binary package hint: console-setup
The console set to UTF-8, Uni1 Encoding the fonts don't show special
characters correctly. Changing to VGA fonts (not Fixed fonts) fix
display accents (á, à, ã, â, ä, etc...), but special characteres in
window borders in text modes don't are showed.

in virtual consoles tty[1-6].
