Hi, It seems that the other bug is more about network-manager loosing the WPA passphrase rather then loosing the connection. My system might be affected by it though (those rare occasions when the system asks me for passphrase I mentioned above) but that's not what this bug report is about. Nevertheless I will try the development version of network-manager later on today and will post an update whether it helped or not.
