Okey, i really appreciate your help. I have in my hard drive two kernels now and used just them.
The first is new, installed with an upgrade via internet of the 8.04 to 8.10 intrepid and the version is 2.6.27-7-generic and DOESN'T WORK . The problem is that i can boot with this kernel so i can;t bring you this specific information, i have the INT 6 : CR2 0000000 error before i can enter recovery mode and also normal mode and it hangs. Maybe you can know the exact version because it is the kernel that comes with the 8.10 , the first one. After the upgrade , restart it did the error. The second is what i installed from the 8.04 original disc of Ubuntu, and is 2.6.24-19.34-generic and WORK. thank you tell me if i can probe try or do something else Maty 2008/11/11 Leann Ogasawara <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Thanks katon, > > Sorry, I should have been more specific.
