easier way to reproduce bug, without computer restart 1) Start gnomeradio, tune your favorite station, 96.6 FM in my case. 2) exit gnomeradio 3) from command prompt enter command "fm 88.2"; this will tune HW radio to different station at 88.2 MHz 4) start gnomeradio, check what station is there, tune frequency back to 96.6 manualy to see if it is 96.6 or 88.2
Ubuntu 6.06.1, I have about 50% change that gnomeradio shows 96.6 but HW radio is set to 88.2. USB radio here. Ubuntu 6.10, gnomerdaio works fine, I cannot reproduce it.
