Adding a task to update the Ubuntu Server Guide for Hardy/Intrepid to
clearly explain the new degraded RAID behavior. Specifically, we need
to clearly explain that there's a significant difference to mdadm
between a "newly degraded RAID event", and subsequent boots on "a RAID
that is known to be degraded".
