Thinkpad T61 I can confirm that this is a intel wireless 4965 bug related to WPA. I used to sporadically get this bug as far back as linux 2.6.25.10 custom complied on a Hardy system through 2.6.26.5 and now on a Intrepid system stock kernel. It started with the driver that added LED support, it doesn't matter whether LED support is enabled or not both cases triggered the bug. I only get it to happen while at work on a WPA wireless link, it never occurs at home on an unsecured network. I haven't been able to find a way to trigger it at will. My laptop has no bluetooth hardware.
