Public bug reported:
Some password dialogs repaint way too often. I've found this when:
* Opening a kwallet
* Creating a new wallet
* Running kdesudo
When it's running locally with the effects turned on, you can only
notice it when you type quickly. If you turn on the "Show Paint" effect
plugin, it will flash very quickly. If you turn desktop effects off, it
also flashes. It also causes a CPU spike (From 10% to 60% on my dual
core)
This bug becomes a big deal when you're trying to type a password over a
network connection.
