Description: KDE Display Manager for X11
KDM manages a collection of X servers running on local or remote machines. It

KDM supports custom themes and can display a list of users with icons.

I cannot get anything out of /var/log/messages or /var/log/syslog but I
do see a message something about /var/run/kdm not getting a pid . Going
to /var/run/ doesn't show me any kdm.pid then does it appear while
shutting down the system.
