Yes of course this is reproductible, unfortunately I haven't keep the
video files but you can try downloading any video files with Vuze
Azureus 3.1.1.0 but I'm sorry for you because I suppose It will make you
a while before to download the video file that bug totem.....

Bug description:
Binary package hint: totem

On Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid Ibex), working on Sony vaio VGN-AR41E laptop
using NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GT GPU

Totem is "unable to decrypt a crypted wmv or avi files".


PS: Appropriate "Gstreamer ffmpeg video plugin" package installed, so It works 
well with some wmv/avi files....
