A few things I found: - Bumping the Standards-Version over Debian is not necessary. - You preserve the Original Maintainer which is good, but in Debian it changed from Kenshi Muto to the Debian QA team.
Also the package does not seem to need makedepend as a build-depends anymore. It builds fine without it. I'm transforming this bug into a sync request. ** Summary changed: - Please merge xshodo(2.0-13) from debian unstable + Please sync xshodo(2.0-13) from debian unstable ** Description changed: - Binary package hint: xshodo + Please sync xshodo(2.0-13) from debian unstable. - Debian has a new version which has to be merged. + The added 'makedepend' Build-Depends is not necessary any more. + + xshodo (2.0-13) unstable; urgency=low + + * Orphaned (#448112).
