Hi and thanks for your message. Honestly, I don't know what to say, the ath5k driver is specified to be the best one to suit the AR5008 chipset but this driver doesn't work at all. I tested with Intrepid the backports package and a package compiled by myself and same result, there is no wireless detected interface.
Si, I guess we can cancel this bug report and concentrate on how to fix and improve ath9k which works "out of the box" but has unacceptable performances. I won't be able to do any additionnal tests now because I switched back to hardy because of this wifi issue.
