Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

Yesterday Evolution appeared to be processing messages. In fact it
turned up over 3000 "unread" messages. I deleted a number of them. Today
it shows that there are messages but won't display any of them. There
are a few folders in which one message will display. Going through all
the categories of messages and priorities doesn't changes things. I just
have a black message window.
