Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Unfortunately we can't fix it without more information.
Can you open a terminal (Applications, Accessories, Terminal) and copy
and paste this command this whole command, and hit enter:
(echo '== Sound cards ==' && cat /proc/asound/cards && \
echo && echo '== aplay -l ==' && aplay -l && echo \
&& echo '== lspci =='&& lspci) > ~/buginfo.txt
(this will give us information on your sound hardware.)
And then, Go to your home folder and you'll see the buginfo.txt file. Please
post this file as an attachment to this bug report. (you can delete the file
afterwards)
