Kubuntu UI need to "Speak to the user". That restricted format page did not mention anything about Dragon or the problem mentioned here.
Dragon player did not play the wmv, wma, mpg, mpeg formats and it sits quietly. Seems too bashful to admit it couldnt do its job.
