Same problem in Intrepid, kernel 2.6.27-7-generic. But the strangest is that when I launch gprotpd from a terminal, sometimes I just get a segmentation fault, sometimes a gtk error comes with the segmentation fault ((gadmin-proftpd:14747): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_entry_set_text: assertion `GTK_IS_ENTRY (entry)' failed), sometimes gproftpd opens and closes immediately without any error message, sometimes it opens and works but fills the terminal with lots of GTK errors of the kind : (gadmin-proftpd:14947): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_entry_set_text: assertion `GTK_IS_ENTRY (entry)' failed
(gadmin-proftpd:14947): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_spin_button_set_value: assertion `GTK_IS_SPIN_BUTTON (spin_button)' failed These problems began to occur as I upgraded from Hardy to Intrepid a few days ago. -- Segmentation fault in Gproftpd https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/289417 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
