Nevermind. This hasn't been fixed. Just got luckyI guess.
When you restore the session the KHTML-bearing tabs get rendered before the
scroll/status bars, making the text, etc, appear in the scroll/status bars.
Going to the tabs that don't have the scrollbars yet fixes the problem for that
tab.
I can reproduce this in trunk too, so this should be forwarded
upstream.
