I am using Ubuntu 8.04 and am new to Linux.
I noticed my computer to freeze when running FrostWire. When checking
out my CPU was running almost 100%.
Recently I got to know about "hot" and this is what I got at Idal.

I checked out OpenSolaris and my machine was running perfectly fine. CPU Usage
at Idal almost 0%.
There seems to be a problem as I have come accross many similar
articles. If I can help, I would be glad to. But i have little
experience with Linux
