Hey there everyone. The part about which I am uncertain is the "after a failed autodetection." As I mentioned, I altered my xorg.conf file shortly after installing Hardy, and Intrepid was an upgrade via Update Manager, so I believe it remained as I left it. The graphics work now, that's all I can say, so I imagine that it is autodetecting properly now. [Sound is still a bit sketchy, but I don't know if that is the motherboard or recent bugs involving ALSA.]
In any event, the file you requested does exist, and I am attaching it here, but I don't know if it will help you at all. Once again, let me know if I can some how simulate the problem with LiveCD. ** Attachment added: "requested file - Xorg.0.log" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/19688176/Xorg.0.log -- P4M90-M4 motherboard not well supported https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/285604 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
