Removing linux-backports-modules-2.6.27-8 prevents me from connecting to a WPA access point. Kern.log shows the following error:
wlan0: associated wlan0: disassociating by local choice (reason=3) wlan0: associate with AP xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx wlan0: RX ReassocResp from xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx (capab=0x461 status=0 aid=1) wlan0: associated wlan0: disassociating by local choice (reason=3) and so on cycling By the way connecting to an unprotected network succeeds. Installing again the backport modules restores this capability. -- kernel 2.6.27-7-generic bug BUG: scheduling while atomic: swapper/0/0x00000100 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/286285 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
