Okay, I tried to reproduce it and I again got that error. Then my harddrive crashed and now it is unaccessible. Before, it worked still fine with my Hardy system.
So there are two possibilities: a) My harddrive just had some serious issues and Intrepid has something like a detector for that ;) b) Intrepid killed my harddrive As long as my harddrive does not work anymore I can't test any further what's wrong. When I'm able to recover it, I'll test it again, if I'm not able to do this I'll close this report. -- DBus error when plugging an ext3 formated external usb harddrive in GNOME on 8.10 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/296021 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
