Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: irda-utils

After installing:
irda-utils 0.9.18-7ubuntu2
on Hardy
Description: Ubuntu 8.04.1
Release: 8.04
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ uname -a
Linux 01ath3200 2.6.24-21-generic #1 SMP Tue Oct 21 23:43:45 UTC 2008 i686
GNU/Linux
on the consoles I got many many error:
   too much work for IRQ3
are so much that it is impossible to cat something in /proc variables.
The errors start during boot time, and stop only at shut down.
The error may be related to bug#43112, 94248, 121371, and 150635, but I do not
got all the nasty crash the users described there. Anyway disinstalling
irda-utils the errors disappear.

** Affects: irda-utils (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
