Intrepid's final release recently came out -
http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download . It woud be great if you
could test and confirm if this is still an issue. You should be able to
test suspend/resume with a LiveCD. I'd recommend testing with a LiveCD
rather than installing the 2.6.27 kernel in your Hardy install. Thanks.
